Rough sawn cedar is an excellent choice for your shutters if you plan to use a dark stain. Rough sawn cedar has never been sanded so the stain is readily absorbed with no excess to wipe off. Our Value Collection Rough Sawn Cedar Shutters are made using the same high standards as our Premium Collection. The biggest difference is in the material thickness. Using 3/4" cedar instead of 1 1/2" cedar allows us to keep the pricing affordable without sacrificing quality.

Horizontal Boards: 3 1/2" Wide x 3/4" thick
